International Orders
bethegallery.com currently does not accept international orders. If you wish to place and order, and you reside outside the U.S., please email us at customer@bethegallery.com, and we will be glad to assist you.
In-Stock Merchandise
Merchandise is usually processed and shipped (leaves our order center) within 5 business days. bethegallery.com will let you know during the checkout process or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently available.
Kabana Merchandise
Orders that include items Kabana will be held until all items are available and will be sent in one delivery. We may voluntarily choose to ship all other items before the Kabana item(s) are available, depending on the amount of time necessary to receive the Kabana item(s). You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Standard delivery
We traditionally deliver via USPS Priority Mail. This method is the best way to safely deliver your purchase. UPS, FedEx, or a comparable delivery service may also be used. At this time, we are unable to rush any orders due to various items being considered special order.

Gift Boxes
Each Item you purchase within your order will be boxed with a ribbon and adornment. Many of our customers find that this presentation makes a timeless and beautiful impression.
Returns & Exchanges
While our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, we understand that returns and exchanges are sometimes requested.
If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, please email us at customer@bethegallery.com. Please include your customer number (seen on your Order Details page included with your order), your name, phone number, item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return/exchange. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns or exchanges within 14 days of order reciept. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Allow approximately ten business days for the return to be processed once we receive it. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange which arrives after the 14-day return allowance period, or any items which appear to have been worn.
We ask that our customers carefully review their order, and all items, upon receipt. On the rare occasion that we neglect to send you an item you had ordered, or included an incorrect item, please email us at customer@bethegallery.com and include “Order Inquiry” in the subject line, and we will gladly correct any discrepancies.
